When brothers René Corentin Bolloré and Guillaume Claude Bolloré founded their first paper mill on the banks of the Odet River in France nearly 200 years ago, OCB was born. Fast forward a hundred years, and the OCB brand would be formed in 1918. Fast forward another 100 years, and OCB is now sold all over the world. That’s hardly surprising, given that they make some of the purest rolling papers on the market. They create their rolling papers for the discriminating stoner who expects nothing less than the best from their smoking experience.
