Shipping Policy

Shipping Info

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. 
  • Our Flat Shipping Rate is $9.99.
  • Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days.
  • Local Store Pickup is only available for Heady Glass products. A valid ID matching the billing name and address is required for all pickup orders for verification purposes.
  • Orders containing Illadelph products do not qualify for free shipping.
  • For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown boxes with a return address name of All in One. There will be no mention of smoking products on your discreet package.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders typically ship out within 2 business days once order is confirmed. 

Route Package Protection (Shipping Insurance)

  • We are now offering ROUTE Package Protection. Route offers you package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost to you is only around 1.5% of the cart value, which fully protects your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen.
  • When you shop with All in 1 Smoke Shop, ROUTE Package Protection is automatically added to your cart. If you do not want to use ROUTE, you can simply unselect this option during checkout.
  • After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email from ROUTE Package Protection which includes your Route order number and a link to the Route Application.

Route Package Protection Policies


Lost Packages: Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the scheduled delivery date and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

“Delivered” Missing Package: Order issues for packages marked “delivered” yet not received are considered by Route as stolen and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date”, but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises. On orders over $100, Route requires evidence of the police report.

Damaged Items: A damaged item is considered to be a broken product that is unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc. You can file a claim within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered.

Return Policy

  • If for some reason you have received your product and are not satisfied, you may file a return within 7 days from delivery. All items must be unused and undamaged.
  • To file a return, please fill out the contact form on our ‘Contact Us’ page and please remember to include your name and the order number.
  • After filling out the return form, you will receive your RMA number and a prepaid shipping label.
  • All shipping charges and processing fees are non refundable.
  • Returns will only be accepted for purchases made on our website ( and will not be accepted for any purchases made in one of our shop locations.
