About the Bird Rig by RJ Glass

Since 2006 Ryan Schwartzle (@rjglass) has been blowing glass out of South Dakota where he was born and raised. Nature heavily influences his art, with a large focus being birds. In his work, he frequently uses a lot of color to create a tropical dream feel. Macaw birds and little clouds are featured prominently in his work. This particular heady glass piece is a vibrant yellow with orange and red accents on the beak and the crest of the bird. It also sports multicolored eyes full of detail.
